MxO Emu localhost Setup Guide
Follow the steps below, and you will be able to get your clientside environment set up for things like looking around, testing packets, etcetera.
When you are finished with this install, you will be completely up-to-date and able to log in to MxO Emu, MxO Live (make sure you have an account with each of the aforementioned services), and your own localserver.
