Packet Organization - (cursory organization of packets. I'll use this as a template to start dropping information. This will likely be changed again and again, so it's not written in stone at this point).
RSI - (packets that change the look of an RSI)
SPAWN - (packets that spawn players / NPC's)
LOCATION - (packets that move you somewhere else)
RPC - (reliable RPC event packets)
ANIMATION - (packets that perform some form of animation)
ABILITIES - (packets that execute or modify abilities)
