Step 4

So let's look at a packet that Arcady and I had been playing with long ago. One that actually DOES something.

send 02 03 02 00 03 09 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ff 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 04 4e 61
6d 65 07 53 75 72 6e 61 6d 65 ff 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 04 00 00 00 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ff 00 00
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 04 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 c0 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 c0 00 ff 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ff 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ff 00 00 00 00 01 00 60 0c 00 58 00 00 00
00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 01 22 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 ;

This packet will turn you into a Nightmare. Now, the part in bold, the 60 0c 00 58 near the end... what if we changed that to... 36 00 00 4e and resent the packet?

BOOM, you're an Agent.

Sure, it's not perfect. And yes, this will teleport you all over the place. But that's what we need to do. We need to find better and faster ways to do this. There are commands out there (I have them somewhere in my insane log of packets I've tested/received) that will change your RSI without teleporting you. It exists, you just need to find it.

So that's where you come in.

If you find something awesome, post about it in the forums, or here on the Wiki. Then, we can all look at it and see just how much we can bend and edit the packet to make it do more.

As always, hit me up with questions, comments, or concerns.
